· Certified Annual Reports:

1. Filing of Statutory Returns – Quarterly Salary returns ( Form 27  electronically).

2. Issuing of Form 16/16AA by the 30th of April 30th for the financial year ended March 31st.

3. Disclosures under section 217(2A).

·  Periodic Reports :

  1. Sorted reports relating to payroll in terms of variance, reconciliations, Branch-wise, Location –wise Grade wise , Department –wise etc, as per parameters required by the Company.

A.     External Liaison:

1. With PF/ ESIC/PT Consultants restricted to providing relevant information.

2. Resolving Audit Queries.

B. Income –Tax

1. Examination of all necessary proofs for tax exemptions.

2. Arranging for payment of monthly tax challans

C. Reimbursements
Auditing the monthly claims for reimbursements incidental to pay packages and certifying the disbursement statements for the same.

D. Payroll software

Specific software will have to be purchased by the client, the ownership of which will remain with the client. The payment will have to be made to the software vendor directly.
